This is where you can record the return of Reusables (if applicable to your products). The Return process completes the circularity of Reusables.

Simply go to the Return section, and scan the QR codes on the containers that have been returned by customers. This releases the customer from possession of the container, notifying them. You can rapidly batch scan up to 50 returned containers and save them into the system. 

If you receive a container that was originally not Commissioned by your store, the system notes this and this attribution is recorded automatically.
