Open Reusables Networks
In Open Networks, Reusables can be exchanged/returned at any other participating business, are standardized across a geographical area, and unbranded to a specific business.
Commission
When you first receive an order of reusables with Periva Tags on them, bulk commission them to bring those units into your initial ownership.
Encourage scans
When you serve a customer in reusable container, encourage them to scan them from their accounts on the Periva app. This passes ownership to them, and adds to theirs, and the business’ Impact Report. This is optional.
Scan returns
After washing / sanitizing the reusables returned to your business, bulk scan them before stacking them for reuse - ensuring that the cycle is complete and you earn the Impact points.
Refunds
In the event that the customer wants to return the reusable container and not exchange it (get served in a clean one), the refund should be handled by the establishment at the time of the refund, after taking a suggested 15% service fee on the cost of the original container.
