Periva.com and its apps (iOS and Android) are free to use.

There are no subscription or membership fees.

Transaction fee

Periva’s fee is 5% of all transactions across all categories.

This applies to the total price including shipping, and does not apply to the sales tax, if any.

This fee is waived perpetually on all orders placed by new customers you invite to Periva. Simply share ​the Referral Code available in every account with customers you invite to Periva. When they sign up ​with the referral code, all orders placed by them for your products will have 0% transaction fee.

Payment processing fee

When a customer uses a credit or debit card for a transaction, the 2.9% card fee is taken from the ​seller payout and passed on to our payment processor Stripe.

When a customer uses funds in their Periva Wallet to make a payment, the credit/debit card payment ​processing fee is waived for the seller, and the customer gets 2% cashback.

Example: Jane rents out her books to her neighbors on Periva and earns money that is available in her ​Periva Wallet. She then buys baked goods from another neighbor, Stefan, using funds from her Periva ​Wallet. Stefan will not have to pay the payment processing fee, and Jane will get 2% cashback into her ​Wallet.

In this way, Periva functions as a digital barter system, integrating convenience, safety, and ​accountability. It helps small businesses prevent large financial institutions from retaining a portion of ​their income.

Fee flexibility

Based on factors such as stage of development, scale of operations, product types, legal structure, ​and location, Periva can customize the Periva fees to accommodate the diverse needs and ​characteristics of each participant within the Periva ecosystem.

Payouts

All earnings appear in the Periva Wallet on the Periva app. Funds in the Periva Wallet can be ​transferred out via PayPal, Venmo, or directly to your bank account at any time (minimum $25). Fund ​transfers may take up to 5 business days to complete.
