A Good Start, a summer literacy program for at risk children who are entering kindergarten, has been serving children and families in the Weinland Park, SoHud and Linden neighborhoods since 2008. As part of A Good Start's Family Literacy component, children from A Good Start 2017, Weinland Park and Maynard Ave. UMC decorated the library with symbols of hope, love and caring. The children and families of A Good Start will continue to steward.
